Volkswagen at the Auto/Moto Expo, Zoom on a ‘Premium’ project, 100% « tailor-made » & full services

Just like for Seat, the Volkswagen project at the Auto/Moto Expo is what we call a ‘Premium’ project at Conceptexpo.

That is translated, among other things, into the creation of a unique concept. The architecture and layout are completely customised. They also integrate innovations and digital technologies.

On the other hand, we are also involved in the co-ordination of the whole project. To give you an idea, in the context of Volkswagen, it represents around 15 different partners, internal or external to Volkswagen: documentation, shop, catering, video content, lighting, decoration, contact with Belgian and international management etc... A facility for Volkswagen that also benefits from a ‘one stop shopping’ service.

Another important point, in a ‘Premium’ project, we have a coaching role for the marketing objectives and the improvement of the efficiency of the brand presence. This also means that we do not hesitate to question ourselves in order to improve the proposed projects.  A concrete example?  In 2015 we carried out a marketing efficiency study on trade fairs and expos1 with the study agency GFK. The study enabled us to understand, the visitors’ expectations of the visual aspects of the stand (ratio products/m2, lighting, colour of materials, type of visuals, branding ...) among other things.  These inputs have led to major changes in the 2016 project compared with 2015, such as the implementation of coloured lighting on the stand that provides more warmth.
